Check in/Check out
Our rooms are available from 4pm – but that doesn’t mean you cannot gain access earlier – just ring a few days before your stay, so that we can ensure somebody is here to greet you. If you are arriving after 11pm, then please let us know, so we can make arrangements with you.
Our car park has 24 hour access and you can probably park as early as 11am before you check in – saves you from paying to park in the main car park.
We ask for our rooms back at 11am, so we can service them for the next guests, but if you want to linger in our beautiful village for a few hours, then you can leave your car by arrangement – just ask at the bar.
We accept payment by cash, Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellations
(ABTA & BHRCA Approved) In the event of a hotel reservation being cancelled, the following charges become payable by the guest: Period commencement within which written cancellation is received. Cancellation charge (including deposit paid) as % of total cost of reservation.
More than 42 days – Deposit Only
29 – 42 days – 50%
7 – 28 days – 75%
1 – 6 days – 100%
A refund will be made to the guest for any part of the cancelled booking that is re-let by the Hotel, subject to an administrative charge. No allowance can be made for rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Smoking in bedrooms is strictly prohibited – a fine covering the cost of at least a 3 night stay will be levied to those that do. All damages must be paid for.
